Hospital Meal Service – Important Information
We provide free meal delivery to patients admitted in any hospital within Hyderabad.
However, to maintain proper service and discipline, please note the following:
Booking Timings:
Meal bookings can be made only by patients or their attendants after 11:00 AM using their two-wheeler for delivery coordination.
Our kitchen accepts booking messages only up to 7:00 AM every morning.
Meals are prepared and dispatched strictly based on confirmed bookings received before 7:00 AM.
Phone Calls:
Frequent or unnecessary phone calls are causing serious disturbance to our service operations.
Many people call at odd hours – even at midnight or after 12 noon – asking for food or for confirmation.
Please understand that our volunteers cannot attend or respond to inquiry calls. Calls made outside working hours may be disconnected without response.
Our Policy:
We follow a disciplined system to ensure every patient who has booked on time receives food without delay.
We do not take bookings or respond to inquiries over phone calls. Only messages received through our booking system before 7:00 AM will be considered.
The Hospital Meal Booking App functions only up to 7:00 AM each day. After that, it automatically closes for the day.

Book meals only if the patient is officially admitted in a hospital.
We sincerely regret that some people misunderstand our service and misuse the helpline.
